Communication & Conflict Resolution
We each see, hear, and experience the world in our own unique way. When our own perceptions differ from another's, we often jump to the conclusion that the other is wrong or foolish. Needless to say, such an attitude can lead to conflict and misunderstanding. This workshop offers tools to communicate more effectively in the face of differing points of view and methods to deal with conflict when it arises. Conflict will be seen as a natural process and one that we can build systems to deal with so that it does not impact performance.

The goal of the Strategic Planning Program is to encourage the discovery and analysis of the core positive elements of your organization in order to develop a plan of action to facilitate the realization of organizational dreams. Our approach to empowering change is based on the model of Appreciative Inquiry. Appreciative inquiry is a model for seeing, thinking, and acting for a purposeful, powerful organizational and individual change. Our process affirms the positive aspects of individuals and the organization rather than seeking to identify the negative.
Selling Your Organization, Product and Self
What is the intent of every business? Positively brand the organization in all activities, position and penetrate the market for sales, and positively impact the customers and clients you do business with. The bigger question lies in how we execute these goals. This training will address all three levels of the selling process (organization, product, and individual). An assessment of how each of these areas are currently and intentionally addressed will be performed and then processes and procedures for advancing in each of the areas will be offered.
Decisions in a Time of Transition
The business climate is one that incurs rapid change and necessitates difficult choices. Yet people often lack the self-awareness required to make good decisions. This seminar helps people to become aware of how they make decisions, what the pitfalls are to making poor decisions, and how to become a better decision-maker.
